worst toaster I bought this as a gift for my daughter and it only bakes warm bread and now it doesn't work at all. She would never tell me but I came to her house for a week and made toast and you press it and it stays for a few seconds and then it goes up again no matter how many times you press it you never get it. no toast. Don't waste your money and the slots aren't long enough to fit a regular sized piece of bread, it's almost 1/2 inch shorter than the old toaster.
