This blender is worth its weight in gold - best blender I've ever had and I've had very expensive ones and cheap ones. This blender is quieter than any blender I've ever owned. All blenders tend to be noisy when they have significant power, but this blender is quieter in that regard. Has the power you need for almost anything you want to do. I had a Frothie Optimum 8200 and have no comparison with it. Warning to all consumers DO NOT buy a Froothie blender instead as you will regret it greatly, if not immediately then shortly. I hate giving it such a high rating because now everyone will buy this blender and I want to keep it a secret haha. I promise you this blender will get the job done and you will be happy. If I had any complaints it would be that the blender is so tall I can't place it and the pitcher sits on top of the blender under my cabinets. I need to remove the jug from the top of the blender. A simple solution and a very small inconvenience for such a wonderful blender. Thank you Joyeon!
