Review on Genuine GM Parts 15-81773 HVAC Blower Control Module by Dylan Goins

I installed this on my 06 Silverado with Auto Climate Control after my original module burned out and the fan stopped working. It is necessary to cut off the factory connector and insert a new connector. I used 2 12 gauge butt joints and 1 18 gauge butt joint. This is the second improved design from GM/ACDelco with a more efficient heatsink and other internal improvements. Installation took 10 minutes and works great. All fan functions have returned to normal operation. Some people solder or wire nuts, I prefer crimped connectors with heat shrink tubing on top. As always, Revain had fast delivery, arrived on time and well packaged. The price was much lower than local parts stores, about half of what I could buy elsewhere.
