The speakers were little used and stopped working after 2 months. There is 1 year warranty. nearly. You have to agree to pay for shipping to and from New York just to see if the manufacturer fixes the problem at no extra cost. I chose not to ship to the manufacturer because the cheapest ground shipping from Alabama was $30 each way. The return process also required a credit card and a $60 repair charge pre-authorization. That would make me pay $120 to fix a $176 speaker kit. This is not a guarantee. Customer service was very difficult to understand and didn't budge, basically saying "This is our policy, it's up to you to decide if it's worth following". I decided against it due to the lack of quality of the product. The speakers sounded great when they were working, but after 2 months they wouldn't turn on. $176 for speakers lasting 2 months. No thank you. Not again.
