Review on iLuv Time Shaker 6Q: Fast Qi-Certified Wireless Charging Alarm Clock with Vibration Shaker, Bluetooth Speakers, FM Radio, and USB Charging Port by Robert Norris

I bought this alarm clock because it has Qi certified wireless charging among other nice features. Here is my review. Qi wireless charging: Worked the first time and that's it. My iPhone 11 ProMax won't charge anymore. Tried removing the cover, still doesn't work. I'm just sending it back to Revain and replacing it with the same product in the hope it works. - iLuv Support: I submitted an application to iLuv on April 8th (today is April 15th). I also tried calling their helpdesk where they have an auto entry telling them to call 866-807-5946 which I did and I got the exact same entry telling them, same number to call Poor service can be due to the effects of COVID-19 so I don't want to be overly critical, but there is currently no way to contact support. Brightness: This is really bright and still pretty bright on the lowest settings. For some, this may or may not be a problem. Alarm Shaker: This thing has a strong vibration. I get a good nights sleep and this thing knocked me out of bed. Everything else works great. Only the Qi wireless charger is not working.**UPDATE 4/28/2020**- I got a new watch and the Qi wireless charger is working as advertised. I've been charging my phone for the last week with no problems. I have raised my rating from 2 to 4 stars. I didn't give a full 5 stars because I can't change the vibration intensity of the alarm pillow shaker and I can't dim the clock light below the minimum setting. Other than that, it's a fantastic watch.
