Bluetooth is limited in this device. You can't remove devices you add, and if the device gets stuck during the pairing process, you're screwed. You need to factory reset the system because then nothing will connect at all. This will result in the loss of preloaded maps and Torque software. The reason this device gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because the seller was able to send me a link to download the software but ignored other questions I asked and ignored my request for technical information. I have 3 different Bluetooth OBD-II tools, 1 old, 2 new, no connection. Does not accept Bluetooth gamepads/controllers, keyboards or mice. The built in music player is absolutely crappy and its default settings cannot be changed, the player has no options or settings and it cannot be turned off. On the other hand, the display looks great and it was able to read a 128GB micro SD card. . The system was also able to work with a USB hub, however, USB devices did not always work/recognize across all 3 ports, regardless of device or use with or without hubs or adapters. If you plan on using this main device for GPS and music, and never plan on connecting anything to it via USB or Bluetooth, you're probably fine with downloading and using a competent music player like PowerAmp, and you never don't have one around yours to restart the device. I plan to spend the extra $100 on a real Pumpkin deck instead of this poorly made clone. I had really high hopes for this deck but after almost 2 weeks of testing, tweaking and tuning I can't recommend this unit. . I am a PC store manager. I have a very good friend who is a professional audio engineer who helps me test everything and this piece of hardware just isn't working as expected. This deck just left me frustrated and disappointed. :(
