No brush, no razor, no blades included. I have a black straight razor and brush and thought it would complete the look and make it sit nicely on the sink and it does. The black coating seems thick enough, only time will tell, but I have no doubt that if you take care of things they will last. I saw some reviews complaining that after a few months it started to rust - it all happens when you let water on it. I always wipe and dry my shaving accessories after each use. The stand has an anti-slip mat on the base to keep it in place. My only issue is that the price is a bit high for what it is. In my personal opinion there should be more in the 20 euro range. Still a nice black shell and stand.
