Works but causes serious algae problems
Works but feeds algae by adding a significant amount of phosphate to the water. I couldn't figure out what my problem was as my algae was under control and this thing was making it move like wildfire and turning the water peas green. It contains phosphates, and phosphates are "algae food." Be prepared for algae when using these. It works though, keeps the water at 7.0 if you add enough water.
