Effective and good for oral health. Complements dental floss and recommended by my dentist. The brush comes with a small travel case for travel, but you need to know that the brush cannot charge itself. I don't know how long it will last on one charge. Once I find out I will update my review. Update: As promised, here is my opinion after 9 months of use. Until this month I would keep my rating high as everything I mentioned before still stands. However, at the time of this writing (April 2020) the toothbrush is out of service. The battery has not been taking a charge for the past week. I continued to use the device, unplugging it and plugging it back in, hoping to maybe reset the toothbrush battery. Since yesterday morning it's completely stalled. For about $100 paid for this device, I expect the following: 1) longer lifespan. 2) in the event of a battery failure, the ability to purchase only what I need to continue using this product. So far I don't see a replacement option for the toothbrush unit itself or for changing the battery. Point. If/once they reply I will update my review again at that time. Until then, I've adjusted my overall rating to 1 star as a warning to anyone looking to splurge on a toothbrush. Currently, the Water Pik feature continues to work normally. Update #2: No word from the reseller but after some research I decided to call Water-Pik customer service. They walked me through a few quick troubleshooting steps and we noticed that the Irrigator's motor won't turn on, in addition to the toothbrush tube behaving like it's trying to charge (series of 3 consecutive lights - just like the appearance vehicle). Indicator). A customer service representative has ordered a replacement device, which will be shipped immediately. I have raised my overall rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I will update this review again after using the stock unit for a period of time. Maybe it was a one-off event.
