was a little more expensive than the other options, but it's durable and will most likely last a long time. Be careful washing it because it is very sharp. UPDATE I've had it for a few months now and I'm far from satisfied. I can tell you it will never cut through a large sweet potato. In fact, I tried quartering them for less resistance, but it still didn't work. The rusty potato isn't that difficult, but it still takes two of us (one to hold it and the other to work on the pole). it was a waste of money. I regret the purchase.
