Email customer service is a joke! I did not receive the free item as stated in the leaflet that came with the product, the cable needed to save the car battery from dying. Had to purchase and then sent lots of emails to get a refund as I was told they would when I finally got the cable and installed it. The rear camera gets very hot and does not work. The other two cameras work fine, now I have to deal with emails to see if a claimed one year warranty replaces it and then see if it actually works? If I was still within 30 days I would return anything for a refund!
