BUYER WARNING I bought this item a month ago. Professionally fitted, the mirror went out. I call to see what they can do and they say turn everything off and send it back. So the $700 I spent installing it was wasted? No, I will return the mirror and send a new one back. I have videos, photos and anything that proves the system is not working properly. I don't spend 2,000 to put it in, then take it out and put it back in, that's bullshit.

Email customer service is a joke! I did not receive the free item as stated in the leaflet that came with the product, the cable needed to save the car battery from dying. I have a Ford Transit and using the rear view mirror is useless. All seats/headrests are annoying even without people on the seats. I installed a reversing camera on the inside of the tailgate window. Works great even if the window is a bit dirty. I want to control the size of the image from the rear camera. The product is excellent and I would like to see a mirror replacement model in addition to this mirror model with clamp. I have a 3D printer so I printed a mount to replace the mirror instead of clamping it. (See photos) The cameras are tiny and unobtrusive and come with lots of cables.
