The device is really cool. Lots of features. Mine comes with wireless CarPlay, which uses another app to connect to your phone. Bluetooth works fine. The radio is good. It took a little while to set up the steering wheel controls without the SWC control box, but they work too. My unit did not come with a subwoofer harness to use in my factory subwoofer, but customer service was very prompt and a pleasure to work with. Send me a subwoofer wire harness for free. I found that sending pictures and tagging them to explain your situation, is a great help in communication. They were very responsive and sent photos which was very helpful. I'm still developing some features of the device but overall I'm very happy with this product, especially with the customer support. For a non-US company, they did a really great job. They also have a series of videos on Facebook which were somewhat helpful for good pics and getting them to understand what I was asking about. I recommend them!
