Very confused bot

UPDATE: Changed to 1 star and returned. Giving him a few more chances wouldn't hold him onto anything. Once "stuck" in an open corner and twirled three more times on open ground in circles forever. The worst thing is if you move it in this case it will go back to the area where it got tangled and get stuck again. What shoud that!?!?! I have no idea what this vacuum cleaner does. First I tried to find a new bot to replace my beloved and powerful Samsung Powerbot. So far I've tried the Roborock S4 Max, which literally couldn't lift a single blade of grass, the Shark, which was good at cleaning but dumb as a rock, and crashed into everything like a crash test dummy (which, btw, Revain won't let me Leaving a review because I sent it back. Hmmm.) And now this guy. So it has good suction, won't bump into most things, and is easy to empty (I don't have an auto-empty bin). That's all for professionals. The big downside is that the thing doesn't clean in rows. Instead he likes to take breaks, wander around and REALLY clean a spot or two. Look at this picture. He was just about halfway through his run under my couch (which he doesn't normally climb under) and when he finally got out he circled my coffee table leg for just five more minutes and then died. Does it look like he's cleaning in rows? He will often clean 80% of a room before moving on to the next and then coming back later to finish. Look at the example below in the photo. One day it literally started going in circles and wouldn't stop until I put it back on the charger and I had to start over. Once I tried to use the wipe function and while he was cleaning, so to speak, he was also having problems. I moved the skids to the side for easier access to the ground. He didn't clean up where the rug was, so he skipped half the floor and spent a lot of time fumbling at the end of the rug. I don't know if that's a navigational issue again, or if he remembers there was a matte there, so he won't go there even though the matte isn't there now. However, he was only fixed in one place. I've run it about a dozen times and really hope it straightens up and brushes evenly, but 12 times and it's still getting tangled isn't a good sign. Give it another week to right itself and fly properly.
