Maybe doing it wrong?
I’m not sure if I had trouble because I wasn’t cooking a full pan worth of hamburger but it didn’t really chop it up at it was cooking. Probably operator error. It didn’t really break the meat up at all. I was using it on my Le Creuset non stick pan and was afraid to push too hard but I feel like I mashed down sufficiently enough. Either way I’ll give it another go someday and see what happens.
