Review on Sony Noise Cancelling Headphones Bundle with Deco Gear Hard Case and 1 Year Extended Protection Plan by Jeffrey Johnston

The headphones themselves sound great but they didn't even last a year before the plastic wire sheathing separated from the plastic Y-connector in the cable. They're used a lot at work at my desk and there hasn't been any accidental damage - they just aren't built to last. I've just contacted Sony as they are less than a year old and they said 'cosmetic damage' is not covered although the reason I noticed the case even came up was because they were closed . I used to prefer Sony headphones (for over 30 years) but won't be buying another pair - they don't stand behind their products and the workmanship is lacking.
