Sony Noise Cancelling Headphones Bundle with Deco Gear Hard Case and 1 Year Extended Protection Plan Review

My daughter uses these when she plays the piano. It cancels out outside noise very well and allows her to focus better on the music. Such a nice upgrade from their previous pair.

The noise cancellation worked well to block out engine noise, crying babies and most background noise. The battery lasted a total of 30 hours round trip. The included case was a nice bonus.

I bought these to fly and they work great. I haven't done any critical auditions with the music, but the sound is good. Noise reduction is pretty good, probably around 3dB (reduces noise by half)

Excellent headphones with quality sound. But as far as noise cancellation goes, it was a flop and luckily I didn't buy this product for that reason. Still, it's a good buy, just know that noise-cancellation isn't everything.

Really reduces background noise from airplanes. Also fits my big head. The battery lasted more than 36 hours of flight and continuous use. Easily folds into a handy bag (which I didn't expect). Very happy with my purchase. Too bad I bought it a few years ago. Great price and product!

If noise-cancellation is a priority, I highly recommend spending the extra money on another pair. The noise-cancelling feature works somewhat, but it's more of a bass-boost feature. Quality isn't bad, but a $10 pair of Panasonic headphones is about the same quality. Basically, you pay for the SONY name.

I have been using them for many years as they are sold in vending machines at most airports. I've had 3 pairs in 7 years. It doesn't work without them. A few years ago I tried to switch to Bluetooth but they don't match my glasses well. They are not too tight to put pressure on the ears. They are also high enough for me to use a neck pillow.
