I love this product. My music PC is a powerful powerhouse, but I wanted to fit it in the smallest chassis possible, leaving only 3.5" and 5.25" bays open. I have a multicard reader in 3.5 and this article in 5.25. The internal space on the computer's hard drive is occupied by 2 plundered 2.5-500GB hard drives, and there is little space left under the multi-card reader into which I slipped an SSD 2.5 as a boot. Where this item will come in handy in Well 5.25. It includes a Blu-ray burner, USB 3.0 PCI Express card slots, and an open hot-swap bay. NOTES: Other reviewers have noted the need for a SATA/AC adapter for the CD/DVD/Blu-ray drive bay. That's right; This adapter is not included and must be purchased separately. The bezel gives too much clearance around the CD bezel (e.g. Dell flat type) but that's not a problem. Here's something I have yet to see. Any comment; NOT EVERY 2.5" hard drive is hot-swappable! It will be hit or missed. I believe most Western Digital drives are not hot swappable in this unit. Even after removing the hard drive (using the operating system) and reinserting the same hard drive; Some motherboards may not recognize the reinstall and you may need to reset them to initialize them. This depends on your motherboard manufacturer and the drivers installed. My computer is an older Core2 quad on an Intel motherboard <- so that might be my problem; Your results can be very.
