It's not bad and mixes easily with cold water for a refreshing pre-workout drink. AdreNOlyn has a pretty interesting ingredient list and is more expensive than similar pre-workout powders I've tried. The proof is in the pumping (iron) and it definitely works. I take it about 45 minutes before my workout and I have to tell you that there is a noticeable difference compared to just drinking black coffee. It's technically stimulant-free, but I feel more energized and focused when I'm in the gym. The pump I get is great, comparable to other high quality supplements like Nitric Oxide, Beta Alanine and L-Arginine. It kind of gets the blood flowing. I feel like I have more strength and focus while exercising. For longer sessions, you can sip this between sets during your workout. This may not be a regular purchase due to the cost, but I would definitely consider buying AdreNOlyn again. Unfortunately, it contains sucralose and acesulfame potassium (Ace-K) and a small amount of sugar. It also comes with a HUGE desiccant pouch so probably clumps easily, although my batch is fine.
