I've spent a lot of time looking for different brands. Most of them have their own sizing system. When I finally decided on this brand, I made sure to use their sizing guide. After some confirmations and reconfirmations with my bitch, we were satisfied with our measurements and ordered S/M for her front paws. The product has arrived, the size is perfect. Tight enough to know it's the right size, all it takes are velcro straps to keep it in place. And therein lies the problem. The boot fits snugly around the neck and is wide at the bottom to allow for an uncomfortable fit for the dog's paw. Appropriate. The problem is that the velcro is responsible for keeping the entire shoe in one place and the velcro is all that makes it stay in place. So once my dog starts walking/running, gets into grassy fields, mud, etc., this velcro will catch on something and come off. On the second day of using the shoes, one of the shoes came off completely. Couldn't find it and now I have one shoe left. Overall looks like a good product but a single velcro strap to hold the boot in place makes it too flimsy and not worth the price. I would design a buckle for the strap, or better yet, a cross strap to tighten the boot. Overall I will not buy this product again or recommend it to anyone until they make the necessary improvements.
