I should have paid attention to the negative reviews, this thing worked great for a month and was very easy to use and in a nice and well built case. However, after 4 weeks I heard this pop, pop, and my headset stopped working. I unplugged everything including USB and plugged it back in, the headset worked except for the mic, I was dumb now I'll order another one hoping that's it. e Apologies to PHOINIKAS. The problem was with my USB port when I connected to another port. No problem, I think it's a great product. 2.
