Produces clean, pure tasting water

We have a refrigerator that uses a MWF filter and have purchased a variety of generic filters. We switched out to this filter last week and our water tastes great. I have an incredibly sensitive palate and I can taste when the water is not &#34;clean&#34; or &#34;pure&#34;. Our old filter was going bad and we replaced it with this one. It was easy to replace and we ran the water for a little while until clear after replacing. This is typical for these filters.While this is a great filter, I honestly have no complaints about any of the brands that I have tried. They all seem to work great and last about the same amount of time. I would recommend this filter if it is the cheaper option,

I honestly can''t believe that I was spending $50 per filter for the name brand GE from Lowes. These filters are a great money saver and work just as good as the name brand.
