Bought for my wife's iMac 27" in late 2015 for Christmas, worked great for about a month then volume and screen glitches started. After troubleshooting I'm switched to Electronics Specialist" determined that RAM was the culprit. Installing the original RAM that the computer came with solved all problems immediately. I tried following the steps of an online insurance policy I bought through Revain and while they refuse to answer my claim i am now trying to get them to answer the phone don't be impressed!
