If you're tight on cash and just need a screen, there are worse deals out there. The colors are close enough that you certainly don't have to strain to see them (laughs). Viewing angle (not angle) is a straight forward thing. This rules out serious multi-monitor systems, as does the lack of VESA mount compatibility (I knew that when I bought it). For a single-screen slot machine on a budget, that's fine. Note, however, that if you intend to use multiple monitors for gaming, you should look for more expensive IPS panels. They're worth the extra scratches.
