We tried one of the two cartridges we bought and it gave us an error code so we put them aside and used the ones we already had. printer until we had time to figure out what the problem was. Now we had a free minute, after 3 months we tried a cartridge again and again and showed the error code. These cartridges look smaller and look different than the ones we've used. We thought maybe they were wrong. I checked the box again and yes they are for our printer. So we tried another cartridge in the box and it works fine. It's too late to return a bad one but it wasn't a big investment so it's ok but for now I'll look for a new source.
