High Protein
My wife is allergic to whey protein and was recommended as a substitute. The protein content is higher than comparable brands. Even if the taste left a lot to be desired. It also tended to stick together. We had to add coconut and vanilla to make it taste better. But it's still better than no scent. There's less soy than whey protein powder, so we had to settle for that. If you don't have a problem with whey I would recommend buying better tasting products than this one.
