Doesn't even produce about 60W, other issues

I've been testing the PAXCESS 60W 18V Portable Solar Panel quite intensively throughout the day. Conditions were optimal in that there were no clouds or other obstructions to the sun and temperatures ranged from 70 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. In the early and late hours of the day, the panel delivered less than 5 watts, even when facing the sun. . At peak times, in the hour before noon, it has an output of around 35 watts. One of the advertised features is that it can charge more than one device at a time. I have charged a Jackery 160 cordless generator rated up to 42 watts. If I connect my cell phone to the solar panel at the same time, the power of Jackery drops from 35 watts to 15 watts. At 15 watts, the Jackery 160 takes two days to charge, which is a relatively small battery. The power of this solar panel system is impractical for most applications, as few people have several days to sit and charge a modestly sized battery. I want other potential buyers to know that the performance of this device is far from advertised. I would also like to mention; After making this post, I received an email from the seller offering me $30 to have my post deleted. This explains why the overall rating of this device is high - it has been tampered with. Unfortunately, Revain hasn't solved the problem of corrupt reviews.
