Absolutely love these speakers! Very clear sound. Due to my block walls, I couldn't install built-in speakers for the left, center, or right speaker. I tried KEF 301c and was very impressed. I used the KEF Ci200Q built-in speakers for the ceiling and surround back speakers to complement my 5.x2 Dolby Atmos system. To complete my system I needed a subwoofer. I tried the KEF T-2 subwoofer. It was very clear but not loud enough to fill my 20 x 35 foot room with bass. My search included the loud but boomy Black Friday Klipsch R-12SW and the surprisingly quiet and slightly boomy SVS SB-2000. Because the 301 only operates at 138Hz, many subwoofers, including the KEF Q400 and R400, produce a bass hole. I realized I needed a subwoofer that could reproduce 150Hz within the upper limit of -3dB or 50% below rated volume. I ended up using Sound & Vision subwoofer reviews and trying Hsu Research. After talking to Hsu I decided to go to Rosenath with the ULS-15 MK2. Wow! I've never heard chords so clear on a bass guitar. It goes great with KEF 301! And even with my large room, I only had to turn it on at 55%.
