Not as advertised/damaged/dirty

Not as described! Said he used the power of a stand mixer to turn it on but he didn't! It's just a stand so the blender can hold it while you turn it by hand. In addition, all the screws were torn off, the holes in the castors didn't fit, everything was scratched and dirty. Is anyone just trying to restore and sell them? It's not worth spending a little more for one you know will work.
