Ok note this splitter does not split evenly. look at the pens. one has two and the other three. This means only one can power the fan and the other provides feedback to your motherboard. Just make sure you're using the right site for what you need. I used this for the case fan and ram fan. RAM Fan I used the dual line side. Therefore, when your computer boots up, it does not recognize the RAM fan as a case fan. If you have Bios Autodetect, just make sure you use it correctly. if you want more independent fans. get a splitter. otherwise it does what it does.
