Choking Hazard - Rattles and plush rings

This toy was great at first but has recently fallen apart. The bell inside consists of two separate parts with a small ball inside. It fell apart when my little one played with it and luckily I was there to stop her from grabbing and eating. Serious design flaw. There might have been a different outcome if I hadn't grabbed her fast enough.
