Works very well for what it is. I used it to fix a puncture on an old aluminum bike frame and initially had trouble with a smaller flashlight, couldn't melt the product onto the frame. I grabbed a large handheld blowtorch from Harbor Freight, which still used a regular green propane tank, and it was up and running in minutes. Chopsticks are pretty easy to use as long as you don't leave them on and heat the stick directly. I have some welding experience having worked in a steel mill but I had no experience in brazing or aluminum welding and this product was very easy to use for a beginner. I just watched a few YouTube videos and immediately got sucked into it. I was able to close the almost an inch diameter hole using the circular technique and I created enough product to later sand and sand to a smooth finish. I just had to be careful not to overheat the existing product I put in during the build or it would leak or drip. The size of the torch really mattered as it warmed the area around your work. You would never have guessed there was a big hole in my bike frame at some point unless you took the paint off and saw the difference in the colors of the aluminum. Highly recommended for minor repairs and saved me a trip to the aluminum welder or bike repair shop.
