A little disappointed Good for irons and steam irons

I was very happy to receive this steam iron. I was scheduled to have shoulder replacement surgery a few weeks ago but because the hospital was full of COVID patients they postponed it. I would have been in rehab for at least a month so I wanted a steamer to freshen up my clothes while I was there. I immediately filled it with clean water and plugged it in. After waiting a few minutes I checked to see if steam was coming out but only saw the tiniest morsel. I was disappointed. I put it off for a few weeks, so disappointed I didn't want to test it again. Yesterday I decided to steam my favorite blouse because it was a little wrinkled and I wanted to put it on. I pour water in again and let it heat up. Again I didn't see any vapor but applying it to the fabric removed some of the wrinkles and it must have evaporated more than I thought as the blouse looked damp when I put it back in the closet. I could only steam one blouse before it ran out of water. I suspect it just doesn't produce the visible vapor I'm used to. I have another complaint. The cable is too short. I hung my blouse on the door (I have a hanger) and plugged in the steamer right next to the door. Its length was barely enough to comfortably cushion a blouse. The manufacturer has to double the length of the cable so that it can be used without problems. I'm deducting two stars as I was disappointed with the vapor output and cord length. I leave it up to you whether these issues bother you or not, it's up to you to decide.
