Some of it fits, but don't try to take it apart again.
I have a 2007 S40 Boulevard (LS650). The gasket fitted, but when I took it apart again a week later, it fell apart. About half of the needles/valves looked like they would match. Half didn't fit. As soon as I installed them, my carb stopped working. Unfortunately I've moved and lost the originals.
