Update: After I submitted my negative review, I was contacted by a company who offered to send me a new one for free. I've been waiting to update my review to make sure my new saddle doesn't have the same issue. I had no problem with it not turning on once, the one I had before must be faulty. I am so thankful that the company contacted me and fixed everything. You have to buy it, you won't regret it, I use it at least once every day and it's still in great condition. but above all backed by excellent customer service. Loved it as I had one before but there was no temperature control so it was even better. The first few times I used it I struggled to hold it, I sat down and it spun to the right so I tried once or twice and it worked. I kept it because it was out of stock so I guess as long as it works it's ok what a waste it stopped working after a month and now I can return it. Not in stock at the moment but when it's back in stock you should know that it might not last long since the bottom part where you heat it up doesn't work.
