For the price I give 10. Overall I give 9.5. The light is excellent. Now I have headlights showing the way and all the signs and I don't have to guess what's ahead or blink every time the LED headlights are on. Most importantly, the nun's skull could insert them. Fast and easy! 20 minutes and your headlights are no longer a dull yellowish smudge that dims heavily. This, of course, leads to guesswork about what lies ahead on the windy dark roads. On the first night I would have tripped over a group of turkeys crossing a small side street which I did 55. Those lights were on those holiday chunks when I got to the curve so I could enjoy them so many saved for a better time in November. All thanks to the new lights! Also, I'm older, so my night vision isn't as good as it was when I was 21.
