I like that Impact Factors allows me to see the impact of my nonprofit's social media posts, and the impact of my nonprofit's website.
It's also helpful for me to see the impact of my nonprofit's direct mail, emails, and fundraising campaigns. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles for nonprofits, but the social media manager is a great resource and is very responsive to my questions. We've used Impact Factors to track our social media posts and website visits, and we've seen great success with this.
