In May this year I bought a set of compatible HP 414 toner bank toner cartridges. However, I didn't use it until September because the HP 414X toner cartridge set (HP 414X Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow) I had installed in my HP Color LaserJet Pro M454dw printer was still available. After installing compatible HP 414A toner bank toner cartridges, I noticed a few issues. First I noticed small black dots aligned on one side of the paper. I only used toner cartridges because those dots were on the edge of the page. After a while, the black dot problem became minimal, but a serious blue streak problem appeared and got worse. Now the whole page has blue streaks in the printout. Attached are 2 pictures. The first shows what the printout looks like. This morning I tried to fix the problem by going through the printer cleaning procedure. After more than 20 printer cleaning runs, the printout still shows blue streaks, although it looked a little better. The second figure shows the printout after several cleaning processes. I was very upset as I understand it's too late to return a set of cartridges. I decided to write a review to let the seller know what product they sent me.
