Trying to install the chip from the HP cartridge did not come out easily. The chip was somehow glued to the HP toner cartridge and couldn't come off without destroying the chip. I couldn't use these toner cartridges and am now stuck with them. When trying to install, simply open the yellow cartridge. The company quickly came up with a solution that fixes the problem and explains why the problem occurred. In the end the problem was solved and everything was done as it should.

I'm not sure if HP noticed that chips are swapped out, but our original HP cartridges have the chip glued/melted so it can't be removed. Unfortunately I destroyed the old cartridge to get the chip so now we have a non-working printer until I buy a real cartridge. Very disappointed. Also, we did NOT receive any tools in the kit, so we had to use sheeters, tweezers, Xacto knives, etc.

In May this year I bought a set of compatible HP 414 toner bank toner cartridges. The tool they send you to remove the chip from your old toner is poorly made and broke when trying to use it. Then the tweezers broke. I have no idea about the quality of the ink because I can't get the chip to work right now. Just total frustration here, trying to change something that should be easy, but the tools provided are too useless and break. ZERO STARS - DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Delivery was very fast, received within a day. Included are small chip replacement tools with very clear instructions. Cartridges last approximately 2+ months (regular size) of daily business use. The color is practically the same as the original HP. I've been using them for over a year now and haven't had any issues with bleeding or smudging as seen in other reviews. Highly recommended.

I bought toner cartridges instead of going for an OEM replacement because of the cost. Tools and instructions for removing the chip from a used toner cartridge and then adding the chip to a replacement cartridge were included. It took me about 6 or 7 minutes to figure it out and make changes. Great value and they work great. I just couldn't afford an HP replacement and they cost a lot less and print with excellent quality. I'm so glad they're doing a great job! They are easy to install and come with the tools needed to remove the chip from original HP cartridges and install them in these replacement cartridges.
