Just awful.: Printers and supplies

The tool they send you to remove the chip from your old toner is poorly made and broke when trying to use it. Then the tweezers broke. I have no idea about the quality of the ink because I can't get the chip to work right now. Just total frustration here, trying to change something that should be easy, but the tools provided are too useless and break. ZERO STARS - DO NOT RECOMMEND.
