Removing the old drive and installing this new GS41N super drive will take some time and effort. The first disc started and played well. The second and subsequent discs were either spat out or loaded after a vigorous grind. Obviously this is one of those discs that shouldn't have passed quality control. Based on product reviews, at least 10% of these drives fail or fail almost immediately. Of course there is no quality control. Given the effort required to remove the old drive and install a new one, each new drive must be properly tested before shipping to ensure proper operation. I am extremely disappointed.
