I love the look and color of the charging head, I have a red case to match my car's displays. Unfortunately, the display color for the voltage reading has only one color: blue. My cigarette lighter turns on when I turn the key to accept and then it takes a few seconds for the display to show the battery voltage. The first number shown is fairly accurate (I checked directly on the battery with a voltmeter), but then, for reasons unknown, it begins to drop rapidly (it drops from 12.7 to 12.0 in 0.1 increments). Since I know the first reading is accurate, I can know the battery status. After starting the car, the voltage jumps to 14 to show the charging voltage, which is also accurate. The first measurement (static battery voltage) may not work on modern cars with push button start or those where the cigarette lighter is always on for the above reasons. Phone charging works great as a main charger. My cell phone has a quick charge function. Performance and I tested the charge current at 1.41W which is lower than advertised but good enough for me.
