Blue Large best in my review
I'm 5'4" 206 lbs. I ordered the blue in large. The item fit as expected for the stretchy material. The front was cut very low and exposed a lot so I closed it with a fashionable pin. I also cut away the belt loops and chose not to wear it. It looked better without the belt.
