This comes with a silicone 5/16" id tube a with a small 4" curved nozzle with a hole cut in it and good ol canning clamp. The tube is short. I would toss the nozzle, get a better one, get more tube and patch a check valve and flow wheel on it. done good deal though.NONE OF the NOZZLES in the picture came with it. And for safety sakes stay away from shower enema kits, don't blow yourself up!
