Heavy duty.: my feedback

This is the first aftermarket solar cover I have purchased. My original cover only lasted 2 seasons which I feel is ridiculous. I’m hoping this one, which is claimed to last 7 seasons, lasts longer. It is much heavier than the original so I’m hopeful. I have a saltwater pool and do not know if this impacts the lifespan in either direction.….2 years in and the solar cover is literally falling apart putting all of the little round pieces of plastic into my pool…and filter! I bought the heavy duty one thinking it would last longer. Not the case. Waste of money.
