I definitely recommend buying, I didnt notice any disadvantages.

Different pros:
Unexpectedly cool sound quality and noise reduction. It was the first time I had headphones with such sound quality and noise reduction. Very very satisfied.
Different cons:
I don't like headbands. But apparently in other designs this quality is not achievable.
