I was looking for a cheap airship because my weapon microphone sounded as if 6 elves had been rubbing on the microphone in a light wind! I say 2-3 miles per hour! After 7 days I received this airship / zeppelin. The wind was at least 8-12 mph - THE REAL CHALLENGE! I put on this cheap airship and the wind noise was instantly reduced to 45db! It works! I won't lie and say the wind is 100% gone. But given the air, it was practically a hurricane compared to the previous disaster. It was ridiculously/incredibly effective! The wind actually sounded like a quiet background noise effect while the dialogue took center stage. The wind wasn't even a factor!. The price is right. Movo keep it in your lineup and improve! All I will definitely say is that Movo should make a professional grade carbon fiber version of this airship and make an additional fabric cover along with the mech. Then they could charge another $75 if they wanted! But this device works and is a darn good buy. Cons: I wouldn't dare drop it, hit it, or get crushed! IMHO this is not a study, I'm referring to the type of material. But it is a legitimate performer. Yes! Definitely! I'm glad I hopped on that and not the overpriced Rode airship. Good job Movo! UPDATE: Dear Movo, making a waterproof case so we can use it in the rain! Pay $40 for it. I will buy with pleasure! UPDATE: It's unfortunate that the XLR cable had a short circuit after a year of use (20 times). You need to cut and modify the cable. Which will require some research www. Otherwise. Good product. However, since they didn't think of it, I have to downgrade my 5 stars to 3 stars. Why 3. It stalled in the middle of filming. At the same time, the tape holding the new cable hurts from end to end and is less secure.
