These fasteners were without a doubt the worst junk I have ever received. The metal is almost too thin to believe. They don't stay in place because the top part that's supposed to hold the ring isn't properly formed. Of the 8 ordered, 3 turned out to be completely useless. (Photos of the best and worst are included). Trying to install them to hold something closed doesn't keep the bolt handle under tension either. Complete crap. What an insult!
