Review on Battat Animal Playset for Toddlers - Assorted Pieces by Jonathan Fernandez

We have many farm animals that need a stable to live in. I was very happy to find this toy barn at a reasonable price (especially since a competitor was asking $70 for theirs). !) The barn arrived better quality than I expected and it was cuter in person than the photo online. We also loved the dark red color and can't imagine how bright red any other color would be. I also love that this barn is just a barn with no frills, whistles, action, singing, noises etc - it's just a barn nicely designed for role-playing. I also liked the animals in the barn better than those of the competition. The three animals have small boxes with doors (seen at the back of the barn) but there is no fence in the barn to keep the animals separated (but I agree). The fourth animal has a window through which you can look out to the side where it is eating from a trough. I found it odd that there was no chicken in the set but it looked like there was a nest in the hayloft. Luckily we already had chickens from a competitor, so everything worked out. I like the handle on the top so the barn can be easily carried around. My only complaint is that something inside the cow is rattling and I can't get it out, the door latches are unreliable and I think they could easily break. We will not store livestock in the barn, mainly because there are windows and doors that the animals can fall out of when being carried, but this will also cause problems closing the barn. Overall I think this shed would be perfect. for my two year old son who enjoys reading Click, Clap, Moo, That Kind of Cow, Big Reading Barn and Giggle, Giggle, Quack. I also think that now that they have a home, he will play more with his pets. I had never heard of Battat before making this purchase but will definitely keep an eye on them in the future.
