We used these bells in the parrot cage. The bronze has a very nice βͺβ« musical β«βͺ tone. An interesting lifehack: bells have a single striker. The bracket on the inside of the bell can be bent to the side, allowing the firing pin to be removed by bending it at an angle closer to the inside of the bell. Cut off the closing part from the 2nd flare and bend it in the opposite direction, mount and reshape the holder from the inside. The bell now has 2 beaters and is 2 times more sensitive to movement!
